I first used Gerry from DCS to set up my home network and was very impressed with his service. He then provided all our small business computing infrastructure, including a server, workstations and network equipment, for the move into our Leederville office in Nov 2009. I have also used his services since as a one-stop shop to assist with all our IT related work including remote VPN access for our consultants, hardware and software recommendations, and dealing with overseas technology partners. As tender deadlines are not-negotiable for Bid Write’s clients, the reliability of our IT network 24/7 is a critical part of our business operations. I am pleased to say that Gerry has never let us down. He is professional, responsive, reliable and efficient, and his work is logical and very organised – exactly what you need and expect from an IT company. As a senior citizen who struggles when entering cyber space (a foreign galaxy for me), Gerry is a godsend.
He has been contactable (almost immediately), available for assistance quickly, is friendly and understanding both on the phone and in person, and…as a bonus; he gets the job done. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gerry. He arrived right on time and immediately identified the likely issue with my computer. He was able to replace the faulty component, check that the computer was otherwise in good working order and make fine adjustments that were required. I found his service to be very efficient and thorough and I would not hesitate to contact him again.
