I had become fed up with the fiddlieness and unreliability of using external hard drives to backup the various PCs around the house. I contacted Gerry for advice and assistance as I have always known him to be very knowledgeable, helpful and to understand what a customer wants. He recommended a 1 Tb Netgear NAS which he acquired and installed for me and it turned out to be perfect. Later when I needed advice on setting up a house sound system driven by my PC, again Gerry was the first person I called. Indeed if I ever have a problem with my PC (usually user error) I just call him and he connects remotely and sorts it all out. I don’t think I would let anyone else touch my system.

Gerry dealt with our problem (getting wireless internet in all areas of the house) quickly and efficiently. He offered several solutions and in the end the most inexpensive fixed our problem. Any further calls for advice have been answered quickly. He is very helpful and does not seem to mind dealing with someone for whom the internet is not a passion – just the means to an end!
